Dungeon Lootr Jetstream: Hidden NPC & Unlock Requirements

Where the NPC is

Jetstream is not in the Classes hall. The hidden Jetstream NPC stands on the boat in front of the second island, the one with the Virgil NPC — the same stretch of water as the Unrestricted turn-in boat by the main hub. Talk to him with the items below and he unlocks the Cybernetic Katana, which the Aug 31 unlock guide describes as a direct upgrade from Azure Devil.

Requirements (Aug 31 unlock guide)

1. Azure Devil at level 50 mastery — class level, so wear it (the Awakened Devil EX chain wants the same thing).
2. Exotic Shattered Armor — an Exotic drop; the guide’s route is the Frostspire / Underworld Nightmare loop.
3. 3 Devil Hearts — the Awakened Devil boss in Frostspire Bastion on Nightmare.

A second route appears on release-week class tables: Jetstream as an Exotic-band 0.1% Lucky Spin result. Treat the NPC route as the one you can plan.

The kit

Blade Flicker, Rising Flicker, Tempest Edge and Jetstream Sheath: fast attacks and good combos that put it at the top of A-tier — strong, in the Sep 1 ranking’s words, but slightly behind the S-tier four.
