The four requirements

The turn-in NPC stands on the boat in front of the main hub, the one pointing toward the Virgil NPC.

Order of operations

1. Get Honored One — it is a kit and a key. Run the Gojo lane in Boss Rush until the Infinity Core drops, or bank 50 Gojo Fragments from Floor 100.
2. Wear Honored One while you run Challenge Dungeon so the class level and the fragments grow together. Take class items off if you meant to feed Honored One EXP — they overwrite the bar.
3. Keep the 500K off the Merchant.
4. Reach 75 last; it happens on its own during the fragment farm.

Heavenly Fragments come from the wave-10 bosses, not the chest table, so a Challenge run without boss kills pays nothing toward this.

The kit

Killer Instinct, Domain Shatter, Killer Cadence and Tool Swap — a Toji-inspired physical kit. Combined with its Unchained state it deals what the Sep 1 ranking calls a ridiculous amount of damage and lands in the top three of every release-week list.
